About the Agency: The Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI) leads innovation in clinical care across NSW. We do this by bringing clinicians, patients and healthcare managers together to design and implement new ways to deliver healthcare.
About the Opportunity: The Senior Project Officer will lead and support the development and implementation of high-priority projects aimed at enhancing the quality and safety of intensive care services across NSW. Working closely with the Intensive Care NSW Network Manager, Intensive Care NSW Clinical Director, Intensive Care NSW team, ACI streams, directorates and key stakeholders, the Senior Project Officer will play a pivotal role in driving improvements and fostering collaboration to achieve better outcomes for intensive care.

Selection Criteria
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant health discipline with demonstrated experience in a management or a leadership role.
* Strong understanding of contemporary issues, challenges and directions facing NSW intensive care services.
* Demonstrated ability to lead change and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate and negotiate change and improvement initiatives with senior clinicians and executives.
* Demonstrated experience in project management and the implementation of projects, frameworks and/or initiatives and providing high level advice.
