As a Branch Manager you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation, driving exceptional customer service to ensure repeat sales and provide training & coaching across the team to ensure service level targets are consistently achieved and the team are developed and supported.
Ideally, you will have previous management experience within an electrical wholesale/ trade environment, and have a fresh and innovative approach to sales and attracting new customers to drive branch sales to ensure targets are exceeded.
