We’re looking for a Lettings Manager to join a leading Build to Rent (BTR) and Single-Family Housing (SFH) Operator to take the lead of a busy team, overseeing the lease-up of new residential developments and the re-let of established portfolios. The Opportunity In this role, you’ll manage and motivate a team of Lettings Negotiators, ensuring high performance, full compliance, and exceptional service delivery. You’ll play a key part in driving occupancy, maximising rental income, and delivering a seamless experience for tenants and clients alike. Salary: up to £35K Bonus- Depending on experience Location: Leeds Working Pattern: Monday to Friday – No Weekends! Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing lettings team in a fast-paced environment Drive leasing activity across new schemes and existing portfolios Maximise rental income and minimise void periods Oversee property marketing across all platforms to ensure compliance and effectiveness Negotiate tenancy terms and guide your team through the lettings process Ensure smooth tenancy progression from offer through to move-in Maintain strict compliance with lettings legislation and industry standards Monitor market trends and adapt strategies accordingly Produce reports and engage with stakeholders and clients Collaborate closely with property management and operations teams Conduct audits and continuously improve processes and performance What We’re Looking For Experience working in residential lettings Strong knowledge of lettings processes and housing legislation ARLA Level 3 (or similar) qualification preferred – not essential Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team Commercial mindset with a track record of driving performance Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Why Apply?
