This is a client‑facing role offering genuine progression opportunities within a supportive and flexible environment.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Managing a portfolio of agricultural and rural business clients</li><li>Preparing and reviewing accounts, tax returns and management information</li><li>Providing business and financial advice tailored to the agricultural sector</li><li>Supporting clients with budgeting, forecasting and business planning</li><li>Building and maintaining strong long‑term client relationships</li><li>Reviewing work prepared by junior team members</li><li>Supporting and mentoring junior staff</li><li>Identifying opportunities to add value and develop client services</li><li>Keeping up to date with industry and legislative changes affecting the agricultural sector</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><ul><li>ACA/ACCA qualified (or qualified by experience)</li><li>Previous experience working within a practice</li><li>Experience working with agricultural or rural business clients preferred</li><li>Strong communication and relationship management skills</li><li>Commercially aware with a proactive approach</li><li>Organised and able to manage multiple client deadlines effectively</li><li>Experience supervising or managing staff is desirable for Manager‑level applicants</li></ul></div>
