Job Description
We are looking for candidates with the following technical skills:
* RF Circuit Design and Testing
o Designing and simulating RF circuits (amplifiers, oscillators, mixers).
o Experience with PCB layout for high‑frequency signals.
o Hands‑on testing with spectrum analysers, network analysers, signal generators.
* Antenna Design and Measurement
o Designing, simulating, and optimizing antennas.
o Conducting antenna pattern measurements and gain tests.
* Wireless Communication Systems – working with protocols and standards (Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, LTE, 5G, etc.).
* Familiarity with modulation schemes and multiplexing techniques.
* RF simulation software (ADS, HFSS, CST, MATLAB) for circuit, antenna, and system design.
* Good experience within wider digital electronics and embedded systems engineering fields.
* Exposure to the full product lifecycle from concept generation through to product release, including demonstrable experience of delivering designs into service or mass production.
* Proven track record of designing for compliance with UK, EU, and US regulatory standards.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable explaining complex engineering concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

* Hands‑on and willing to work through challenges from first principles on the bench.
* Energy and enthusiasm to tackle unfamiliar challenges, innovate, and think freely.
* Enthusiastic about mentoring less experienced engineers.
Qualifications
* Degree‑qualified; a strong degree in electronic engineering or a related subject.
* Ability to gain UK SC security clearance if not already acquired (requires sole UK nationality).
