Your new role
Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a dedicated andpassionate Supported Housing Worker to support individuals experiencing homelessness on their journey toward greater independence.
In this rewarding role, you’ll work across two locations, providing tailored, person-centred support to clients with medium-level needs. From helping people maintain their tenancies to connecting them with vital services, you’ll play a key role in empowering individuals to build brighter, more stable futures.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver direct support and housing management services to clients.
2. Build strong partnerships with local agencies.
3. Keep client records accurate, clear, and up to date.
4. Track referrals into the service.
5. Create a safe, supportive and empowering environment that promotes personal growth and sustainable move-on.
What you'll need to succeed
6. Experience working with people who may haveplex needs and/or challenging behaviours.
7. Excellentmunication and organisational skills.
8. Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
9. Essential:Valid driving licence and access to own vehicle (business insurance required).Willingness to participate in out-of-hours on-call rota and rostered shifts between 08:00 AM and 20:00 PM, including occasional weekends.
