The Role Includes:
* High-quality legal secretarial support to a team of Associates and Trainees
* Inbox and calendar management, document preparation, proofreading, and client liaison
* Coordinating team workflow and proactively identifying process improvements
* Managing billing processes, compliance, expenses, and internal communications
* Collaborating with other secretarial and central support teams
What They’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary in a busy professional services or law firm setting
* Experience in Corporate or Commercial law is desirable
* Strong MS Office skills and minimum 60 wpm typing speed
* Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
* A calm, proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
