Your responsibilities as a Resourcing Manager will include: Creating job adverts and campaigns to attract diverse, high-calibre talent and designing selection processes that effectively assess candidates. Delivering expert recruitment support, advice, and guidance to hiring managers throughout the process. Identifying and leading employer branding activities to enhance the organisation’s market presence, including external advertising, attending jobs fairs, and conducting outreach to diverse, under-represented communities. Managing and mentoring a team of Resourcing Coordinators. Acting as a leader within the Resourcing team, focusing on team quality, performance, support, and wellbeing. Identifying and guiding Continuous Improvement projects within the team to streamline and enhance existing processes. Utilise recruitment data and metrics to identify process improvements and drive data-driven decision-making. Assist in the management of the Reward & Recognition scheme, raising awareness and encouraging its usage across the organisation.
