Ecommerce Merchandiser Ecommerce Merchandiser Altrincham, WA14 5GZ 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Competitive salary plus excellent benefits Role Summary As Ecommerce Merchandiser, you’ll support the Ecommerce Merchandising team in driving the performance of the Cotton Traders website and App platforms. Your role will span product launches, trade reporting, and ongoing site trading, ensuring products are optimally merchandised and aligned with trading and marketing plans. You’ll also brief supporting content and collections and align with Digital team members to optimise website navigation and presentation. Key Responsibilities Trading Merchandise product and homepage categories in line with the seasonal trading calendar, marketing plan, and visual merchandising strategy. Monitor and optimise visibility of bestselling and slow selling products across the website and digital channels. Recommend improvements to product categorisation, navigation, and filtering. Produce and analyse trade reports, applying actionable insights across the website and App. Website Content Curate product selections for homepages, inspiration areas, and landing pages in line with seasonal trading and marketing plans. Brief creative, copy, and web development teams on content requirements, managing through to delivery Conduct competitor analysis and seasonal reviews to inform future content plans. Marketing Channel Support Align with the merchandising and CRM teams to select priority products and stories for digital campaigns. Support reactive trade initiatives through aligned merchandising to drive conversion. Monitor trading performance reports to inform future marketing and merchandising plans Support the implementation of SEO strategies across website categories and navigation Closely collaborate with web development team to ensure SEO best practices are followed throughout website content updates We are passionate about finding the right individual for our team, therefore see below for a profile of our ideal candidate. 2 years experience in a similar role Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
