This role is crucial to the organization's present and future growth strategies and offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies. As the IT Support Engineer, you will take escalations from the Help Desk Analysts, resolving tickets at a 1st/2nd Line Level, any tickets from there will be escalated to the Senior IT Engineers. You will be a strong part of the IT Team, liaising with Senior IT Engineers with projects including migrations, updates, installations and configurations This position is based in Newcastle under Lyme, with flexible working.
