Responsibilities
* Driving growth across your territory by strengthening existing relationships and winning new business.
* Balancing your time between account management (30%) and new business development (70%).
* Selling market-leading packaging machinery, with a strong focus on the food industry (70%) while also expanding into non-food sectors (30%).
* Representing the business at key trade shows and exhibitions, showcasing innovative solutions to new and existing clients.
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in industrial, technical, or engineering field sales — ideally with exposure to the food processing industry.
* A driven, self-motivated, and organised approach, ready to take on a new challenge in a fast-growing business.
* Confidence with technical and engineering terminology, ideally backed by an engineering background or relevant qualifications.
* A proactive mindset, with the ability to manage your own workload and deliver against deadlines.
* A personable, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude, paired with a strong work ethic.
Location flexibility
As the Area Sales Manager, you'll be passionate about driving new business while nurturing key accounts. While we'd love someone based in the North West, we're open to strong candidates from across the North — for us, the right person matters more than postcode.
