About the Role
We are looking for a proactive WIP Co-ordinator / Appliance Service Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of appliance repairs. You’ll ensure jobs are scheduled efficiently, parts are allocated correctly, and customers are kept informed from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
1. Monitor and action work in progress (WIP), resolving stalled or ageing jobs
2. Coordinate with engineers, planners, and account managers to prevent delays
3. Ensure correct parts allocation and prevent repeat visits
4. Communicate with customers to keep them informed and updated
5. Produce reports, monitor SLA compliance, and track performance trends
6. Review failures and work on process improvements
Skills & Experience
7. Experience in appliance repairs, service, or field operations (desirable)
8. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
9. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (written & verbal)
10. Proficient user of IT and confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
11. Able to work independently and as part of a team
