This full-time role is ideal for a practitioner who wants to build confidence and creativity in students of all abilities. About the Role You will teach Drama across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities to contribute to a developing KS5 offer. The role combines practical performance work with written analysis, and includes involvement in whole-school events and productions. Key Responsibilities Teach Drama across KS3 and KS4 Prepare students for GCSE Drama, covering devising, scripted, and live theatre evaluation Support and direct school productions and showcases Build students' confidence in performance and collaborative work Assess practical and written work against exam criteria Contribute to extracurricular drama clubs or workshops The School Environment The school values creativity as part of a broad and balanced education, with a Performing Arts department that works closely with Music and Art on shared events.
