5. Maintain detailed and organised records of customer interactions.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
7. Identify and report recurring issues to improve service delivery.
8. Assist customers in navigating available resources and services.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Experience in a customer-focused role, preferably within a call centre environment.
11. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
12. Proficiency in using computer systems and databases.
13. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer care.
14. An understanding of the importance of confidentiality and professionalism.
