With a solid background in Change Management, you'll lead release governance, establishing frameworks for safe and efficient change delivery.Core skills for this Change Manager
* ITIL Foundation v3 or ITIL4 is essential
* Candidates must have 2-3 years’ experience in an ITIL Change and Release Management role
* Ability to influence others to promote good working practices, or to change opinions
* Takes responsibility for tasks and sees them through to completion
* Highly organised, capable of assimilating and making sense of large amounts of data
* Thorough understanding of the Software development lifecycle, SDLC, & IT Infrastructures
* Possess a genuine desire to help people to facilitate change for the business
