The Head Chef Role
* The creative inspiration behind the food offering
* Commerical acumen to be able to deliver quality meals, using Scottish ingredients, whilst ensuring a strong Food Cost Of Sales conversion
* Strong leadership values, with an ability to train, coach and mentor the next generation of talented kitchen team members
