Description
Assistant Management Accountant:
* Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts.
* Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
* Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
* Assist with accruals, prepayments, and journal postings.
* Provide financial support to operational teams and respond to queries.
* Contribute to process improvements and ad-hoc projects.
Profile
* Part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA) or actively studying.
* Previous experience in a similar finance role (assistant management accountant or management accounts exposure).
* Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
* Proactive, with strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
