Our leading Real Estate Management client is seeking a Property Administrator to join the business on a permanent basis. Working from the central London office, you will play a key role in supporting the Property Managers and ensuring clients receive an excellent level of service.

5. £25k-£26k basic (depending on experience) + Benefits (regular reviews)
6. 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Birthday leave
7. Monday to Friday only - 37.5 hours per week
Duties Include:
8. Arranging repairs and contractors
9. Producing letters and reports
10. Document management / report preparation
11. Process customer information
12. Coordinating inspections and diary management
13. Processing invoices and budgets
14. Responding to emails and calls from residents
15. General office administration
Experience needed:
16. Proven organisational skills
17. Customer focused
18. Good level of IT skills including MS office systems
19. Ability to work alone or as part of a team
20. Keen to learn and develop
21. Able to commute to Holborn
