Essential Criteria
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
* A Level 2 qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience within the education sector
* GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above
* Experience in student administration or a data-related role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, etc.)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills

Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support across curriculum areas including admissions, timetabling, exams, and student support
* Maintain accurate student records and support data quality processes
* Assist with internal and external audits and quality assurance activities
* Support meetings and events, including minute-taking and preparation
* Process DBS checks, purchase orders, and student registrations
* Contribute to continuous improvement and automation of administrative processes
* Ensure compliance with data protection and safeguarding policies
