We are looking for a National Account Executive to work alongside the Senior National Account Manager to manage our Elizabeth Arden brand in Ireland and support in driving our Elizabeth Arden concession counters across Boots stores in the UK & Ireland.


This could be a great opportunity for an ambitious and capable National Account Assistant looking for the next challenge to step up and manage our Irish retailers.


The individual will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of 2 Key Independent Irish Retailers and with the support of the Senior National Account Manager, be closely involved in the delivery of KPIs across our Boots and Arnotts businesses.


You will be involved in all aspects of managing the Ireland accounts, with a particular focus on the achievements of retail and wholesale targets; the preparation and implementation of account plans and developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and collate weekly sales reports, conducting thorough analysis to spot any key trends or drivers.
* Ensure all new lines are launched on time – working closely with commercial and supply chain teams to deliver a successful launch.
* Set up and monitor all promotional campaigns and offers, providing recommendations and suggestions to maximise growth for the future.
* Support the Senior National Account Manager with all retail and net sales forecasting across accounts, assisting in driving profitability and achievement of targets.
* Achieve the desired business results by executing the key KPI’s set by the business (retail, sell through, etc)
* Monitor and evaluate brand presence in all channels of the account.
* Ensure promotions/initiatives are being executed to plans (counter, self-select and on-line).
* Quarterly visits to Ireland to meet customers and attend business planning sessions with the area manager.
* Develop a strong internal network with key departments to ensure plans are delivered on time and in full.
* Establish and manage strong commercial relationships with the account(s) as well as champion other department relationships with the customer to grow total Elizabeth Arden business.



Candidate profile:

An enthusiastic and results driven person with the ability to establish and leverage credible working relationships. High commercial acumen. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written skills, creativity and adaptable to changing situations. A strategic thinker, who is assertive and can prioritise and manage multiple projects with ease.


Technical skills:

Highly numerate – strong analytically and a high level of computer literacy, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.


Qualifications/ experience:

Education to degree level. An experienced sales person with a proven track record in the fragrance/cosmetics industry and /or health and beauty or FMCG at National Account Executive level.
