Packaging Technologist – EMEA (Greater London)
We’re looking for a Packaging Technologist to support packaging development and validation across the EMEA region. You’ll work with internal teams and external partners to deliver safe, sustainable, and cost‑effective packaging solutions that meet product and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and validate packaging solutions for multiple formats.
* Maintain packaging specifications, data, and documentation.
* Coordinate packaging trials and support supplier audits.
* Drive sustainability and value‑engineering initiatives.
* Resolve packaging‑related quality and performance issues.
What You’ll Bring
* Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
* Proven experience in packaging development from an FMCG environment.
* Good organisational and project‑management abilities.
* Experience working cross‑functionally in manufacturing or supply chain.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and packaging systems (e.g., SAP, Evolve).
The role is hybrid – you will be expected in the office 2‑3 times per week.
Salary band: £60,000 – £65,000 + bonus and benefits. Unfortunately, sponsorship is not available for this position.
