A welcoming SEMH school in Egham is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team and provide consistent support to students who benefit from additional emotional and behavioural guidance. Based in: Egham Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 3:30pm Position: Full-Time Your Responsibilities: • Supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs throughout the school day • Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence, and engagement in learning • Working alongside teachers, pastoral teams, and other support staff • Helping create a safe, structured, and supportive environment • Recognising and celebrating progress in all its forms We’re Looking For: ✔ Previous experience working as an SEMH Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant is essential ✔ A patient, resilient, and adaptable attitude ✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills ✔ A genuine passion for supporting young people ✔ Relevant qualifications are desirable This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same.
