A critical role is that of a process associate who mentors and guides associates to meet customer expectations by following standard work practices, while prioritizing safety and quality.
Key job responsibilities
Job Deliverables:
1. Daily management of shift:
* Administrative management of associates
* Job allocation to associates
* Monitoring and mentoring associates on productivity, quality, and safety
1. Responsible for shift performance and related action plans
2. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates
3. Conducting 4M and 5S audits at work stations daily
4. Stand-in for Area Manager, including vehicle planning, placement, and ensuring on-time departures to meet customer promises
5. Analyzing metrics to identify actions and process improvements
A day in the life
Typical daily activities include supervising shift operations, mentoring associates, conducting audits, and collaborating on process improvements.
Basic qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred qualifications
* Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with minimal guidance and react promptly to urgent situations
