Responsibilities
* Serving as the main point of contact for our clients, addressing questions or concerns and providing solutions as needed.
* Proactively reaching out to clients to understand their needs and goals, and offering suggestions and recommendations for optimizing their email and SMS campaigns.
* Monitoring and analyzing client data and trends, identifying areas for improvement and presenting actionable insights to clients.
* Collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to drive retention and upsell opportunities with existing clients.
* Communicating updates and changes to clients and providing training and support on our services and features.
* Ensuring timely resolution of technical issues or bugs by coordinating with our technical support team.
* Conducting regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and overall experience with our services.
* Gathering feedback from clients and using it to improve and develop our product offerings and services.
* Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and proactively sharing knowledge with clients to help them stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications And Skills
* A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a tech or software company.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and collaborate with internal teams.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends and patterns, and provide actionable insights to clients.
* A proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
* Familiarity with email and SMS marketing, and a strong interest in staying current with industry trends and developments.
* Proficiency in CRM software and customer success management tools.
