About The Role
This role is focused on delivering a high standard of professional and efficient customer service across multiple communication channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting customers with reservations, queries, and product information while ensuring a positive customer experience at every stage. You will play a key role in resolving issues quickly, building customer relationships, and confidently identifying opportunities to promote and sell additional products and services where appropriate.
Please note – this role will be a fixed term contract for 6 months, working 24 hours per week.
Responsibilities
* Handle customer reservations and respond to enquiries via telephone, email, live chat, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
* Provide first contact resolution for customer and client queries, requests, complaints, and booking amendments.
* Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and accuracy in all communications.
* Proactively contact existing and potential customers to promote products, services, and special offers.
* Confidently identify opportunities to cross‑sell and up‑sell suitable products and services to meet customer needs.
About you
You are a professional, friendly, and customer‑focused individual who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast‑paced contact centre environment. You will have strong communication skills, a confident telephone manner, and the ability to build rapport with customers while delivering a high standard of service across multiple channels. Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential for this role.
Previous contact centre experience would be advantageous; however, it is not essential as full training can be provided. You should be confident using a computer, with good keyboard and navigation skills, and be flexible to work a variety of shifts including weekends. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues are essential for success in this role.
