Sales Consultant role at Sanctuary Graduates & Apprentices.
Salary: Competitive fixed salary + commission (OTE £50K).
Our client is a leading global technology services consultancy that operates at the forefront of capital markets technology, focusing on optimising their trading and risk management infrastructure. The company has an ongoing commitment to growth in terms of client acquisition, geographical reach, and evolution of their lines of business and service catalogue.
We are currently recruiting for five ambitious Junior Sales Consultants to join the business’s dynamic sales team, based in North London. The role has a clear progression pathway, initially focussing on candidate research and recruitment while undergoing training to move into a client-facing sales position.

* Ideal candidates will hold a first-class or 2:1 degree from Russell Group or internationally equivalent universities. Real-world experience in technical sales or a related discipline is highly desirable.
Career progression
The most successful salespeople will have the opportunity to become Partners, gaining access to company stock granted annually based on a transparent assessment of contribution. Within the sales team, there are currently three Partners, all of whom came through the graduate programme, and two more are expected to be promoted in 2025.
