We are working with a provider of social housing who are looking to recruitment a Planned Maintenance Surveyor on a permanent basis. The main function of the role is to oversee the successful delivery of large scale, multi-year projects and contracts, leading on budgetary control, contract coordination, management and administration to ensure services are delivered to customer satisfaction, agreed standards, required level of performance and achieve Value for Money.
