Role Dimensions:

You will identify distribution and activation opportunities, foster strong team and customer relationships, and leverage consumer insights to drive brand success in the on-trade sector.
Top Accountabilities:
* Enhance brand equity and sales in key outlets through effective relationship management and negotiation.
* Manage P&L for your customer portfolio, ensuring profitable growth.
* Collaborate with marketing and advocacy teams to activate brands and increase visibility.
* Achieve distribution and execution targets regularly.
* Coordinate with the curation manager on menu creation and activations.
* Forecast accurately and maintain brand visibility through proactive supply chain management.
* Stay informed on consumer trends and communicate insights internally.
Ideal Experiences / Qualifications / Capabilities:
* Over 5 years of commercial experience, particularly in on-trade and account management.
* Experience with luxury or high-end accounts preferred.
* Deep understanding of influential on-trade customers and category insights.
* Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and commercial skills, including P&L literacy.
* Proven ability to build and activate luxury brands in collaboration with marketing teams.
* Excellent cross-functional collaboration and external networking skills.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to growth.
