For more information, please visit www.teamwass.com. Job Description WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: The role sits within our Client Services and Operations Teams at Wasserman Live, based in Basingstoke. You’ll be working as part of an experienced and dynamic team, primarily focused on an account with London Heathrow Airport You will work across the entire life cycle of prominent installs, involved in every element of our event delivery from start to finish. Project planning across these installs is central to what we do, and you’ll also be involved in client management, budgeting, feasibility reviews and implementation, administration and project support, as well as operational delivery, on-site crew management and stakeholder liaison. You’ll also assist with organizing installation teams, to achieve ‘Right First Time’ installations that are within budget and adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines and procedures across the full spectrum of our clients and markets. Specific Responsibilities Ensure that work produced meets all objectives set, is completed on time and to the highest standards, and achieves the best possible results for the company and our clients. Supporting all operational and administrative functions to ensure each event is delivered efficiently To assist with the day to day financial control of client budgets – including inputting into project and event budgets, pricing, supplier quotations, onboarding and payments. Project Management – ensuring project systems and procedures are setup and structured correctly, ensuring all relevant data is entered concisely and accurately onto Wasserman Live’s client management system. Compiling and writing client responses, presentations and reports. Management of artwork requests and client approvals. Coordination and management of staff and contractors on site during event delivery. Maintaining good communication and reporting throughout complete event lifecycle, including job sheets and schedules. Managing supplier relationships. Assisting the Operations Team with crewing requirements, including booking and managing on-site teams, accommodation, crew communications, arranging access equipment and deliveries. Liaising with other internal departments including Production, Studio, Operations and Client Services. Feeding data into departmental review meetings, including quality and issue logging. Identifying opportunities for performance improvement and cost efficiencies. Assisting with and feeding into the creation of risk assessments and method statements, taking responsibility for ensuring agreed health and safety processes are adhered to by the Wasserman team and by our suppliers/contractors. THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED : You must be able to prove at least 5 years of work history in the UK (for LHR Permits) Fully UK driving License. Ability to multi-task - you will be working across a number of activities at the same time, delivering consistently high quality work to tight deadlines is key. Good communication skills across a variety of formats including verbal, written and presentational. A high proficiency of numeracy and literacy, including knowledge and capability to use MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Outlook. Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues. Attention to detail across all areas of event delivery, demonstrating diligence and professionalism. Problem solving – excellent ability to problem solve, ability to identify risks and issues and come up with innovative solutions to resolve. Ability to meet challenges and quickly deliver workable solutions in demanding environments. Time management skills, both independently and when working as part of a wider team. Ability to prioritise to meet challenging deadlines. Ability to take responsibility for your own work. Process driven and a proactive attitude to get projects right first time. Open to feedback from clients and colleagues, ability to reflect, review and learn Flexibility – willingness to work as a team, demonstrating a positive and proactive working attitude, supporting others and picking up a range of tasks when needed in order to adapt to the needs of the project/client. Ability to remain calm under pressure, demonstrating confidence and decision making qualities. Quick to learn and keen to develop, demonstrating curiosity and passion for our industry and clients. You will take pride in your work, remaining focussed, calm and motivated, and leading by example. Please note, some weekend work and/or night time / long hours will likely be required as part of event delivery.
