The Role of Our Shop Managers
Commercially aware, you will constantly seek new business opportunities, motivate your team, and create a safe and energised work environment. You will set high standards, drive results, and be accountable for your shop’s performance. In our volunteer‑operating model, you will lead while empowering volunteers to manage daily operations. This role requires weekend working.
