I. WHY THIS POSITION
The Global CFO Office team seeks an experienced Finance Communications Manager responsible for uniting the worldwide Finance Community through various communication channels and events. Your role involves creating engaging content, managing communication tools, and building a community of Change and Communication champions. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Internal Communication, and HR teams, as well as finance transformation project leads.
II. MAIN AREAS OF IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE IN THE ROLE
* Manage global Finance communication channels, including intranet, newsletter, and Teams, with content creation and management.
* Organize and coordinate events such as town halls, finance career days, seminars, and presentations, tailored to audience and context.
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance communication tools.
* Innovate new ways to communicate across diverse markets and cultures.
* Create high-quality content for executives, including presentations and videos, to highlight Finance activities.
* Support ad hoc communication needs from Finance Leaders and Managers.
* Build a community of Change and Communication champions supporting finance transformation projects.
* Analyze KPIs of communication activities to measure impact and refine strategies.

IV. WHAT YOU WILL BRING
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communication, marketing, or related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in a communication role.
* Excellent English verbal and written skills.
* Proficiency in Office 365, SharePoint, Google Analytics, CMS, and digital tools like Photoshop, InDesign.
* Ability to query and manipulate data.
* Visual storytelling skills.
