This role supports the increasing demand for engaging digital content across internal teams and client-facing initiatives. It is ideal for an early-career professional looking to build expertise in instructional design and digital learning development.**Role Purpose** As demand grows for high-quality digital learning experiences across our business and client-facing work, we are expanding the TD&L team. This associate-level role will support the design and development of engaging digital learning content, working closely with experienced team members and stakeholders. It provides a solid foundation in instructional design and digital content creation, with opportunities to evolve into more strategic responsibilities over time. **Key Responsibilities** Help maintain and update the digital learning library and internal knowledge-sharing platforms.**Skills & Experience** Experience or academic background in instructional design, digital learning, education, or a related field. Familiarity with learning design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and digital learning tools. Experience using/maintaining a Learning Management System (LMS).Strong written and visual communication skills. Ability to manage time effectively and contribute to multiple projects. Experience in delivering training virtually and face-to-face.
