We are looking for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly, close-knit team to take over the running of a very established supply desk.

We are looking for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly, close-knit team. Ifyou'recurrently succeedingin a similar settingthis could be your chance to take the next step in a more personal, rewarding environment.
What we're looking for:
Proven track record in education recruitment ( minimum 2+ years' experience as a consultant)
Strong billings history and experience managing a desk (supply, long-term, permanent primary, secondary, SEN, support staff)
Excellent relationship-building skills with both schools and candidates
Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven but someone who values quality over quantity
Passion for education and helping people find the right role
Able to work m-f 7am -5pm (shift basis)
Understand the demands of running a busy temp/ long term desk
Ideally local knowledge of the Southwest education market
