The role is offered on a hybrid working model, with office presence required.
Job Role:
The Business Development Executive will support the Commercial Director and National Sales team to achieve their sales targets and KPI’s.
Will be responsible for the timely completion of administration and support services for the team including the preparing quotations and contracts, organising product demonstrations, maintaining the CRM system and researching potential new leads and opportunities.
The main responsibilities:
* Answering incoming sales calls and emails
* Making outbound calls following online and email enquiries
* Accurately qualifying prospects and booking demonstrations of our product for BDMs
* Helping to source the new business when required, by making outbound calls.
* Assisting BDMs in closing deals
* Liaise with internal departments to resolve sales related queries
* Prioritise workload and provide excellent customer service
* Ensuring that the CRM system is maintained with up-to-date contact details, leads, opportunities and notes including all relevant detail
