We are seeking an ER Advisor to support our client in the implementation of a people change project. Client Details A manufacturing business based near Doncaster. Description The ER Advisor will work with a HR team to: Provide expert advice on employee relations matters. Provide HR support and guidance to line managers as the company implements a varied people change programme. Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies. Provide practical and empathetic support to managers and employees. Maintain accurate and confidential records of all activities.Profile The successful ER Advisor should have: Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices within the UK. Experience of handling complex employee relations cases effectively. Experience of providing ER advice and support during periods of change, including restructures and redundancies. Ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion, empathy and professionalism. Be able to start immediately or on short notice.Job Offer This ER Advisor opportunity offers: A broad salary range of £35-50k depending on experience. A six month fixed term contract.
