Job Description

We're recruiting for a Telephone Account Manager Development Manager to join us on a 12 months FTC. We're offering petitive base this is a hybrid position.

Are you a confidentmunicator with a passion for building strong business relationships? Join our Group Protection Distribution team as a Telephone Account Manager and help us deliver outstanding service and results to our intermediary partners. We're looking for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by achieving goals and making a difference. What you'll be doing:
1. Managing relationships with a panel of intermediary accounts
2. Promoting Group Protection products and propositions
3. Delivering new business and retention targets
4. Developing account strategies using market intelligence
5. Collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations
6. Responding to pre-renewal enquiries and gathering key information
7. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products andpetitors
8. Handling customer queries andplaints with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications

Who we're looking for:
9. Experience in sales, telesales, customer service or sales support
10. Strongmunication and influencing skills
11. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
12. Knowledge of Group Protection products (desirable)
13. Awareness of regulatory and legislative frameworks
14. A proactive and achievement-driven mindset
15. A collaborative approach and willingness to support others
