RoyalHolloway,UniversityofLondonhasdevelopedanewstrategy,RH2030s.ThenewstrategywillintroduceasignificantamountofchangetotheUniversity,andthisroleisfundamentaltoitsimplementation.
Therolesitswithinasmallsub-team(StrategyImplementationTeam)oftheStrategicPlanningDirectorate.Therole-holderwillprovideprojectmanagementsupporttoanumberofstrategicprojects.Aswellasprojectteams,theywillworkcloselywiththeseniorexecutiveteamtoensurealignmentwithstrategicimplementationplans.
TheStrategicPlanningDirectorateisresponsibleforprovidingplanningsupportandmanagementinformationtoinformdecisionmakingaspartofthestrategicplanningprocessandthedeliveryoftheUniversity'sstrategicobjectives.

1. Drawonexpertiseandtraininginprojectmanagementmethodologiestobethedrivingforcebehindtheplanninganddeliveryofkeystrategicprojects.
2. Manageprojectsfromrequirementdefinitionthroughtoimplementation,includingdefiningprojectscope,objectives,costs,benefits,producinghighlevelanddetailedprojectworkplans,andco-ordinationofimplementationwithinagreedtimescales,cost,andqualitystandards.
3. Manageprojectteams,includingassigningrolesandresponsibilitiestoprojectteammembersanddelegateactivitiesasappropriate.
4. Workcloselywithothers,includingBusinessAnalysts,toorganisecomplexinformationanddatatoidentifyunderlyingissuesandtheirca...
