Base Location: For this role, we require successful applicants to be based from one of our Scottish locations and you'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in the office – Perth, Inverness & Aberdeen
Salary: £34,749 - £40,939 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role
This role works closely with Project Managers to ensure all workstreams are aligned and integrated with overall program objectives. The position is crucial for sharing insights, escalating risks, and promoting continuous improvement in program delivery.
You will
* Coordinate and align all workstreams with the overarching programme objectives, ensuring effective communication and integration between teams. Collaborate with Project Managers and workstream leads to identify dependencies, resolve conflicts, and maintain a unified approach to delivery.
* Act as a key liaison with the PMO, providing regular updates and insights to ensure programme standards and methodologies are consistently applied.
* Proactively identify, assess, and escalate risks and issues that may impact programme delivery, ensuring timely communication to the PMO and relevant stakeholders.
* Prepare and deliver timely, accurate, and consolidated progress reports to governance boards and stakeholders, adhering to agreed reporting timetables. Ensure that progress, risks, and dependencies are clearly communicated, and that reporting supports effective decision-making.
* Actively participate in governance forums, supporting decision-making processes and ensuring compliance with programme governance requirements.
You have
* Experience in programme and project management, with familiarity in methodologies such as MSP, PRINCE2, PMP, APM, and Scrum Master.
* Proven track record of successful delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
* Strong influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience in integrating technical and operational requirements.
* Solid budget management experience and commercial awareness.
