Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the Business and Economics department to ensure high-quality teaching and excellent progress across Years 10–13.
* Deliver and develop a curriculum that is innovative, engaging, and rooted in real-world application.
* Foster a dynamic, aspirational learning environment where students are inspired to achieve.
* Support and mentor staff to promote continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
* Work closely with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure the highest standards of academic and personal development.
The ideal candidate will:
* Be a skilled and passionate teacher of Business and/or Economics with leadership experience or clear potential.
* Have a strong understanding of curriculum design and delivery at KS4 and KS5.
* Demonstrate drive, ambition, and a commitment to student success.
* Be confident in using technology and innovative methods to enhance learning.
* Bring energy, initiative, and a collaborative approach to departmental leadership.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
