The successful Nursery Room Leader will be responsible for overseeing the daily running of the toddler room, supporting the development and wellbeing of each child, and leading a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. What We’re Looking For Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent) – essential. Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting, ideally in a room leader or senior practitioner role. Sound understanding of the EYFS framework and child development. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire the toddler room team to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment. Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate activities to support each child’s learning and development. Build strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
