MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To grow and develop Mediclinic business through the identification, building, and maintaining good relationships between the facility, doctors, specialists and other healthcare practitioners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
1. Drive business growth and development through new product development and implementation
2. Drive business growth and development through doctor recruitment and practice establishment
3. Enhance the operational efficiency of pertinent medical relates businesses
4. Drive referral management for the facility and related healthcare practitioners or professionals
5. Manage healthcare practitioner engagement
6. Market the facility and healthcare practitioners to the community
7. Support and facilitate relevant Corporate Office projects and initiatives
8. Manage & monitor doctor relations administration
9. Control department budgets / finances
10. Lead and manage the Doctor Relationship Officer (If applicable)
REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Relevant Tertiary qualification
DESIRED EDUCATION: Relevant Degree
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
3-years’ or more experience in service-oriented environment/operations; Healthcare Relationship Building; Business Retention
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
5-years’ or more experience within the healthcare sales industry/business development
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
11. Understanding of Doctor Relationship Policies and Procedures
12. Understanding of private healthcare industry
13. Understand practice equipment needs of doctors
14. Networking and practice establishment
15. Research, trend analysis and statistics
16. Marketing and public relations
17. Competent in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
18. Understanding of stock management
19. Understanding of budget compilation and financial management
