Housing Support Worker
Salary: £14,285.70 for 22.5 hours per week
Location: Based in the East Riding

Using your previous experience working in a supported housing environment, you will support individuals in our houses who have experienced poor mental health to enable them to move into their own homes.
You must have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to contribute positively to a team.
Additional Requirements:
* Applicants need a full current driving licence and access to their own transport, as the role involves travel in and around the East Riding and the ability to respond quickly to situations.
