I have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience authoring requirements, design, and test plans and specifications. I have experience managing Configuration Items and BoMs using Aras Innovator or an equivalent PLM tool. I am proficient in using agile development tools, such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket. I have experience using requirements management tools like IBM DOORS. I pay good attention to detail and am highly self-motivated. Responsibilities: I will participate in the development of system designs, integration, verification, and validation of our projects and products. As a member of a small dynamic team, I will engage in elements of engineering management and hands-on engineering. I will produce requirements specifications that align with customer and product needs. I will implement system designs to meet those requirements. I will oversee internal or external resources implementing sub-system designs. I will directly implement sub-system designs according to my experience. I will produce and execute test strategies, test plans, and test procedures to verify and validate designs. I will engage with customers to elicit requirements, present designs for approval, and provide post-delivery customer support. I will coordinate in-house and external production and liaise with suppliers. I will provide technical support to customers and other departments within the company.
