As Head of Property Services, you’ll set the standard for excellence, ensuring every site is safe, compliant, and welcoming. You’ll oversee strategic maintenance programmes, deliver major property investments, and lead a high-performing team spread across the UK. What we're looking for Lead all facilities and maintenance functions across the crematoria estate, ensuring safe, compliant environments for colleagues and visitors. Oversee delivery of reactive and proactive programmes across hard and soft FM services, maintaining high standards and operational continuity. Drive compliance with Health & Safety legislation, environmental standards, and business continuity planning. Manage property-related capital projects from planning to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. Implement robust systems for maintenance scheduling, reporting, and performance tracking. Provide inspirational leadership to a multi-disciplinary team, fostering a culture of excellence and inclusion. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring effective contract and supplier management. Contribute to the development and execution of the wider property strategy. What's in it for you?
