We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring SEND Teacher to join our supportive and inclusive team from September 2026. About the Role
As a SEND Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils’ individual needs
* Support students with a range of SEND including ASD, SEMH, SLD, and communication needs
* Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, parents, and external agencies
* Contribute to EHCP reviews and personalised learning plans
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing through a trauma-informed approach
The Successful Candidate Will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Have experience working with pupils with SEND, either in mainstream or specialist settings
* Be passionate about inclusive education and raising achievement for all learners
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management and communication skills
* Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
