Vehicle Technician - Dorking

1. Competitive basic salary of £38,000 per annum
2. Hours of work from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday, with no weekends
3. 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with additional time off over Christmas

5. Access to modern workshop facilities including six ramps and a four-poster MOT bay

7. Supportive team environment including a dedicated Workshop Manager and team members
Duties as a Vehicle Technician will include:
8. Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems using diagnostic tools
9. Carry out routine servicing, clutches, MOT preparation, and general vehicle repairs
10. Utilise main dealer experience to deliver high standards of work and customer satisfaction
11. Work efficiently on multiple vehicles, ensuring repairs are completed to the highest standards
12. Maintain accurate records of work carried out and communicate effectively with the team
13. Support the workshop team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent service standards
Requirements that the Vehicle Technician will need:
14. Experienced Vehicle Technician with a background in independent workshops or garages
15. Ability to carry out diagnostics, servicing, and repair work confidently
16. Good communication skills and a professional approach
17. Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality and efficiency
18. Holding relevant qualifications such as IMI or NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
