About theteam
We work with modern Agileprinciples solving the most important problems for our customers.Youll assist the Fund Manager and will work closely with InvestorRelations various lending teams on Bridging and Development financeproducts Credit and Special Servicing teams and the Lux GP Board toensure the LendInvest Secured Credit Fund II (LSCFII) meetsinvestor hurdles and expectations maximises performance andminimises risks and associated costs. We are looking for someonewho values collaboration and feedback to deliver excellentresults.
About therole
* Supportthe Fund Manager in credit risk analysis on loan onboarding. Therole requires an ability to see the larger picture in terms of howa loan will benefit the fund during its lifecycle including impacton the NAV andperformance
* Ongoing riskassessment and monitoring of loans. This will involve heavy liaisonwith the credit and special servicing teams giving inputs runningloan risk scenarios and modelling on loan resets orrestructuring
* Tracking andinstructing property valuations as appropriate. Liaising with CBRE(or another Independent Appraiser) on a quarterly and on an ad hocbasis with regards to loanvaluations.
* Close monitoringof loans in distress and modelling on potential solutions forensuring maximumrecoveries
* Assisting Financeduring the monthly NAV production process with the ability toforecast future fund performance with a high degree ofaccuracy
* Liaising withfinance for better understanding of all fund costs with an aim tominimise costs wherepossible
* Work closely withfund operations in compiling fund data and performance for monthlyGP boardpresentations
* Assisting inpreparation of IMs and collating necessary documentation for theAIFM required on regular loan resets drawdowns new lending or loanbuybacks
* Assisting theInvestor Relations team in adhoc investor queries and takingresponsibility for the monthly production of the investordatatape
* Assisting theLSCFII lender(s) in presenting data to suit their format withthorough data diligence andaccuracy
* Model variousfunding/lending opportunities on an ad hocbasis.
* Being responsible forthe improvement in dataquality andmanagement
* Prepare andpresent insightful and succinct discussion papers to the ExecutiveCommittee
* Prepare/review keypieces of management information ensuring integrity and accuracy ofdata
Aboutyou
* PartiallyQualified Accountant or CFA demonstrating strong analytical andtechnical skills
* ExceptionalMS Excel skills including the use of VBA automation and macros (orequivalent in GoogleSuite).
* Competent andefficient with manipulating data from differentsources
* You will be adeptwith numbers and will have excellent data modellingskills
* A clear and logicalapproach to problemsolving with the ability to interpretbothfinancial and nonfinancial impacts of commercialdecisions
* Youwill have excellent attention to detail and will be able to workand report numbers with minimalsupervision
* You will be ableto work within strict timelines in a structured and organisedway
* You will be an excellentcommunicator who shall be able to back numbers with logic toinvestors and other stakeholders. Confident to present and conversewith all levels of seniority within the business as well asexternal investors
* You shallhave a calm demeanour and be able to work under time pressuresituations
* Ability tomultitask across severalworkstreams
* Proficiency withGoogle Suite (Sheets Docs Slides)Tableau

* Experienceof working in a Capital Markets Funds or Analysis role producingfinancial analysis and forecastinformation
