Job Summary Flitwick Surgery is looking for a committed and enthusiastic GP to join their busy practice covering 5 sessions a week: Monday (full day), Tuesday (half day) and Friday (all day). In the long term there may be potential for partnership. The vacancy arose due to a clinician relocating. We support portfolio working and are interested in GPs with special interests or who may want to lead on specific conditions or disease management.
Responsibilities
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support and care for a diverse patient group in a semi‑rural small commuter town.
Provide all general duties associated with a GP, including GP online triage using AccuRx.
Attend scheduled sessions and support patients with a working pattern of part‑time (5 sessions a week).
Participate in continuous improvement projects, including full GP triage and modernising systems.
Potential partnership opportunities in the future.
Qualifications and Requirements Essential
Fully qualified GP with GMC registration
Annual appraisal and revalidation (when appropriate)
Listed on the NHSE medical performers list
Completed Disclosure and Barring Service check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975
Current UK professional registration

Salary: Depending on experience
