Roles and Responsibilities

Creating a safe, structured, and stimulating classroom environment.

Implementing positive strategies to support pupils with complex needs.

Delivering core subjects with energy and clarity.

Participating in school:wide well:being initiatives.
*
Working closely with the SENCo to support individual plans.
Requirements
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
*
Experience in inner:city school environments is highly desirable.
*
A high level of professional resilience and empathy.
