Hours
Full time: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5.30pm and Friday 8am - 4.30pm (plus overtime as required)
Location
The role is based at our South Street branch, Glasgow. Travel to various Arnold Clark sites may also be required.
About the role
In this role, you will carry out the removal and safe refitting of wheels using our buddy system. You will make sure wheels are uplifted and delivered to the site in a timely manner and remove and refit tyres when necessary.
We're looking for someone who has a passion for customer service and genuinely enjoys exceeding customer expectations to create positive outcomes.
Day-to-day duties
1. Coordinate with management and supervisors to ensure wheels are picked up and dropped off to meet SLAs
2. Drive to and from sites within an approximate 50-mile radius
3. Communicate with the staff at sites in a professional manner
4. Remove alloys and take to the Bodyshop/SMART Repair departments
